Hello Everyone,

My name is Rahul Agrawal and have placed an order on Amazon. My Order ID is 402-7109620-9225146.

Firstly, Amazon has delivered a defective product and within One month it has started creating problems and Left Ear of Earphone has stopped working. So, I have raise a request for Return / Refund on 13th March. Till 27th March Amazon's seller has not responded on the claim. So, on 27th March, I have filed a claim and within 3 days my claim has been approved and Refund has been initiated on 31st March.

In spite of initiating refund on 31st March, I have received a refund cheque on 15th April. The cheque was in the name of "The PMHLC House" and not in my name i.e. "Rahul Agrawal".
After getting this wrong cheque, I have requested to customer care for making a fund transfer to my bank account and have told that I can provide bank account details on their mail ID. But since amazon's refund process is very poor and pathetic, the representative was not able to process my request of Fund Transfer and told that as per our Pathetic Process of Refund, we can only issue a paper cheque for refund.

Even after raising a request for correct Cheque, have not received cheque for more than 15 days and I had to complaint again on 4th May. At this time also I have requested for fund transfer but the representative "Kishor" has given me a foolish excuse.
Even if I received cheque in 7 - 10 days, I will have to deposit the cheque in my bank and after that it will take another 2-3 working days to clear the cheque, so ultimately I need to wait for 15 more days for my refund.

I will strongly suggest that Amazon should improve its refund process otherwise heavy expenditure on advertisements will be a waste.
