I had an account with CitiBank. couple of days back I got a message saying my Savings account has been closed. It was not conveyed prior about closure date or reason. This was my salary account and I am facing lot of inconvenience because of such behavior from bank. I am very much disappointed with customer care service too as they are not giving me proper information. Now I dont know what has happened to my balance in that account as nobody is able to tell its status. I had called many times. Consider this as my complaint against your bank. I am unhappy with such irresponsible thing. Pathetic and irritating thing ever happened. I hate this bank. wasted my so much time and money. I want my hard earned money laid on my account....... :-(
