My name is rahul agrawal. I have booked a railway ticket from mughal sarai junction to new jalpaigudi in sikkim mahananda express (15484) with my 8 family members to spent a short vacation in darjeeling. But the train was so rediculous and delayed by more than 12 hours when reached at mughal sarai junction and finally train reached at New Jalpaigudi station by more than 14 hours late. My whole family was so tired and furious due to delay of train and waiting for train for more than 10 hours at railway station. I have booked hotel in darjeeling in advance and due this delay, 1 day of my hotel room rent and as well as 1 day of our vacations was spoiled. Indian Railways spoiled both, our time and money. I urged the railway ministry to do somthing for this delay. Either not to run these trains or keep it on time so that money and time of passengers can be saved. And above all, this will give mental peace to passengers. Only right time trains can bring back passengers faith in indian railways. If you guys are not able to run existing trains properly, you should not think about to bring "bullet trains" in our country. Because in case of bullet trains also the delay will irritate passengers because passengers plan their precious time depending on you and you always break their trust by delaying the trains.
