ARAMEX International - parsal not received

Sir,
Lenovo dispatched one parsal to me on 20/09/2011 through Aramex courier with POD number 4006314900.But still I could not get the parsal.
from last two months I am calling to aramex but they I just telling me that
they will investigate and for that they will require 24 to 48 hrs.but I could not understand that from last 2 months their investigation is not completed.
they are not replying me anything. So pls help me.
