my parcel has been held at apo delhi terminal airport for about 10 days for pending kyc document but I have not received any message regarding where and when to submit my identity proof
kindly see to it and send my parcel fast

I have the same issue, only my parcel is held in Mumbai. Did you figure out where we can submit the KYC documents?

Hi, I have the same issue, my fashion nova parcel has been held for more than a month now due to pending KYC documents in Delhi (as shown in tracking history) and I haven’t received any email or a phone call regarding this. Also, the weird thing is my parcel reached Mumbai first and then it was sent to Delhi and I don’t get it because my shipment address as given by me is in Meghalaya and the nearest International Airport here is the Kolkata airport. Did you get your issue solved ? I have no idea as what to do.
