Sir to change my current package to pick by channel I have submitted a request and my request no is 51. Last three months I am trying to change my pack but it has not been changed yet.The customer care team repeatedly informed me that my case has been forwarded to marketing team. But after three months it has not been changed. i have recharged Rs.520 as per their information and submitted again my request. My vc no is 01518374980. -
