I am writing about OYO ROOMS CAREER & EMPLOYMENT system.
I filled up the job opening form through naukri website because i received a email in which oyo rooms having vacancy and they are looking for new employees .
After apply 10 days i did not even get a call or email from OYO ROOMS. I re-applied and same after more 15 days no revert. Some time later i search and get number of recruiter and they told OYO ROOMS just open the vacancy but do not hired and they just collecting resumes and using Email ids and Ph.No of all applicants for there promotional emails and sms campaigns.
this is really ridiculous about this OYO ROOMS . I highly disagree with this company.
I never recommend this company.
Is it really happening in corporate industry and many firms are doing for only they can send their promotions or advertisements to X number or Email address and Phone numbers.
This is really no sense of openings or making fool freshers.
This is really bad for a new company to doing like this with freshers or experience holders .
They just loosing their trust from whom they work and earn from.
Try to resolve these kind of issue which can effect business not now but slowly it well harm in future.
