Share Auto - Overloaded Auto

Auto drivers overload all the share autos.
In a 4 seater auto driver accomodates 8 members including himself between OU colony to manikonda.
In a 7 seater auto driver accomodates 12 members and some 1 or 2 people can stand hanging also if there is demand.
The auto goes overloaded and auto are not maintained properly also.I doubt if these guys have proper papers for the auto.If someone like me questions regarding overloading,the driver suggests them to take invidual auto .
No auto goes by meter to take a single auto and worried about the safety for taking a single auto
Complainant's Goal: Traffic police should be restrict the max no. of people in a auto
