This is with respect to my observation while travelling between jammu and Pune in Jhelum Express (11078) on 31-12-2011 vide PNR no. 223-0146425.


At the railway chart at Jammu, i saw a huge waiting list of 170 for the 11078 train. Does not it imply that railways need to start a new train from Jammu to Pune? For example, a samprak kranti at least thrice a week.
