I am Prateek Jain. My mother Rekha Jain was travelling in Train No. 5036, Uttraranchal Sampark Kranti Exp. From Haldwani To Delhi. In the train the over prices had taken on cold drink {sprite}. Price is 23 Rs. of 500 ml bottle but prices taken 30 rs.
So take action regarding this.........

Complainant's Goal: Over Prices should not be taken from passengers.
