ORDER NO :- 50********7969.
I had Placed The order on 7 th september 2016 with online bank transcation of rs 11999 I phone 6s
But later due to some problems i wish to cancel the order on 2 nd week of september .
But they are not refunding the amount to my bank.
While calling they are saying today evening it will be solved saying from last one month.
Kindly solve My problem And Take Necessary Action.
Complainant's Goal: AMOUNT NOT REFUNDING AFTER CANCELLING THE ORDER
