I HAVE PURCHASED ONE BSNL TAB FROM THE WEBSITE WWW.KAUNSA.COM ON 21/06/12 Order No.Kaun/10536/OWVJ593ZQY from CCAvenue. BUT TILL THE DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT I HAVE MARKED MANY MAILS TO THE CONCERNED TEAM. BUT HAVE NOT GOT ANY SATISFACTORY RESPONSE. COPY OF MAILS PASTED BELOW.I WANT TO TAKE STRICK ACTION AGAINST THEM
