I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Flip cover worth rupees 1500 and made the payment through internet banking. It has been more than 25 days that my product has been not been delivered.Talking to their customer executives, they always make excuses that your product has been dispatched today and so on.
I have asked them to cancel my ordered product and refund my amount back but there is no response on this also. I can surely say that they do not have my ordered product in their stocks and making excuses that they are facing technical issues.
Complainant's Goal: I want my money back and to be refunded .
