i wish to inform you about a large scale online fraud being carried out by online selling website syberplace.com. i ordered a mobile phone for rs 12999 on 26 february 2016 by paying online in advance. order id was 100060543. this company receive online payment from customers in advance but doesn't respond after that. no order is dispatched. no refund is given. no communication made except some misleading replies on facebook. a whole community of buyers and sellers has been cheated by the handlers of this website which have expressed themselves collectively at the website http://www.syberplace.co.in/. at this website they have provided with valuable information about this fraud website syberplace.com and its handlers. victims have tried to take help of local police in madhapur police station but their attitude is such as if they are also collaborating with the fraudsters. now our collective hopes lie only with you people. please take some swift action against these fraudsters and try get our money refunded. i am also sending a copy of this letter to PMO and other central agencies and offices. please help us.
