Sir,

I have been offered a membership for Happyindian Club for which i was asked to pay a Trail amount of 4400 INR.I transfered the amount of 4000 Rs to the Bank

from my Imobile banking of ICICI bank number 055********8

The people of this company took away the money and they are now denying that they havent received the money.I have checked with the SBI Bank and the confirmed me that the amount has been credited to their account and the same has been withdrawn from their account.

Please help me getting these defaulters put behind the BARS
