I had taken Mobile insurance of my iphone 5c from One assist whiile purchasing the mobile, however ude to a damage that happened in july month, I lodged a claim. since then its been 2 months over I have co-operated them with all the details. Also I got confirmation from their side for approval of the claim 15 days back,still demanding more money, which I had given to them but still they have failed to honour the same.
