OneAssist is a mobile insurance company, I had insured my mobile phone Apple iPhone 6 through them. On 4th July 2016 I had registered a complaint to OneAssist against the damage of my mobile. After the complaint was registered my mobile was supposed to be picked up within 2 working days, but till now its has been almost a month and my mobile has not been picked up from me. I keep calling OneAssist Customer Care and I have written emails to them almost every 2-3 days and they keep saying that it will be picked up the other day. I am sick and tired of them now....it feels like i am being harassed.
