We booked our cargo through om packers. When the cargo, despite making all payment did not reach its destination, we went to its office. We went to Bhartal Village in Dwarka. There was no such office by this name. We went further in the village, and with the generous help of good villagers we traced the Vinod ( mastermind) . There was a 02 room rented village, where we found our goods were scattered. We went to his landlord, who was a very honest and helpful person. He called him, and asked him to send our consignment. Despite repeated warning he has not sent our goods till now. The Vinod is a thug, who belongs to Bhiwani, in Haryana. He has made a very beautiful website to lure his prey. He has made a fake company named on cargo bearing fake address and phone no. of Chennai. He bring the good in a good condition cargo truck. Later he steel some goods from them and send them at fraction of money he charged with other goods to be transported. In this process, he delays delivery to 25 days. Once he received the advance he demanded full payment on various pretext, so that in case of deficiency in service deduction can not be made. I caution the general public to not fall in trap of this thug
