officers providing worst banking service, today i went there to resolve a minor problem in internet banking but they used to lie to me that we can not access your account in the branch,while before 1 month i got there and an another staff member accessed it in front of me.today i requested them to access it several times but they were continue lying.
they also told me come after 2 days or give an application and we will inform you when it will get fixed.
they are liars,arrogant,stubborn.and customers are not getting satisfaction in anyway.
i know very well that nothing will happen to those but i think pnb should know about.
