Vodafone Delhi - number not activate from last 10days

hiii this is ayaz ahemed.my number is (********66).i have using prepaid services from last 3 years but last two months its not working properly. i have gone to vodafone store n share this problem meet Garima there. Shez said this number is not activate in prepaid so u need to change prepaid to postpaid i said ok n paid 250 rs as a activation charges after she said ur number is activate for 48 hours.but still my number is not activate.i have visit again n again to vodafone store bt now no any positive response.so now tell how can i do.i have still facing lots of problem.pl do something and activate my connective as soon as possible.share some store details with you:-

Add: 5/53 vikas marg opp hira sweet shakarpur nirman vihar metro station
