I am a very old customer of your products (since last 8 years)
I had Aqua Guard since long and I was having regular AMC with your company.
My Aqua guard was working very fine up to 22.11.09. your company representative came for servicing & told that candles are to be replaced and AMC is to be renewed.
AMC renewed on the same day ( receipt attached).
After doing servicing & replacement of candles it did not work on the same day. Service engineer again reported next day but could not attend.
I had given several reminder since then but it could not be rectified.
I also talk to the area manager several time he assured to attend but nobody reported till now.
It is more then two months that my Aqua guard is not working even spending Rs.1050/-
It is very strange for me that how working machine can fail even after replacement & servicing.
I am living in a very large township connected with intranet & common e-mail Id covering more than 1000( one thousand officers.( more then 500 residents are having your products.)
INSPITE OF WRITTING SO MANY TIMES NO PROPER REPLY OR RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED BY ME TILL DATE.

Complainant's Goal: TO REFUND THE COMPLETE AMOUNT OF AMC & TO RENEW AGAIN AFTER ATTENDING.
