Airtel Digital TV - Not satisfied with your service

Recently I bought AIRTEL DIGITAL TV RECORDER from Vivek & Co, Tambaram. After installation I am not able to play back the selected drama/movie for selected date from the SERIES RECORDINGS. I complained to customer care and also spoke to Service Manager several times but in vain. But still the problem exists.My ID is 3005665996 and the service request no is 4320416. Request immediate steps from Airtel to create good atmosphere in the minds of public.

Complainant's Goal: I want my above problem to be solved asap.
