Whirpool India Ltd - Not satisfied with Whirlpool service

I have purchased Whirlpool White magic Black Washing machine in Year 2009. The machine is giving trouble since last few weeks to power ON and also we are getting electric shock when coming in contact with the metal body. Hence I raised a complaint with Whirlpool customer care on 17th November 2010. The technician visited my house on 18th November andtold us that the PCB of the washing machine needs to be replaced before checking the electric shock problem. He then informed us that the specific part is not available in the stock and he needs to place an order for the same. On 27th November 2010, I received a sms that my complaint is closed with the status completed. After speaking with customer care executive, I realised that the case was closed on 26th November with the update " Called the customer and informed him about the programming of the machine." This is irrelevant to my problem. So I contacted the person whose no. was shared as the contact person for the complaint ( Mr. Vishal Arun Pote) and I got an update that the case was auto completed with the status part pending." This is answer no. 2. Then I spoke to Sangita from Mumbai Customer care branch at 2:40 PM and she told me that she will get the details and call me by 3:30 PM on 27th November 2010. But she never called me. When I called her for an update, I got a reply from her colleague that she is on another call and will call me back. I am still waiting for the call. In the mean while, on request of anothercustomer care executive, I have raised another complaint with "urgent priority". I never got a call from any of the executives after that. When contacted Ms. Poonam from local customer support branch, she put my callo n hold for few minutes and it got disconnected automatically afterwords. I never got a call back from anyone so far. This is the worstexperience I have had so far. If you cannot replace the part, then I want a replacement of the washing machine or my entire money which I have paid for the peice of junk and the mental harrashment I have gone through so far.
