Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I had bought a new Thar Crde through TVS Sun dram Cochin on October 2012. After 1 week of delivery i had problems with my brakes ie whenever i turn the vehicle to either sides in full, the brakes dint work.Since same was rectified by putting a stopper bolt .Saying that the problem was as the tires was turning more and stretching the hydraulic pipe.However the problem was solved. Then later after few months the problem was reversed ie whenever you turn the vehicle to either side the wheels will jam and the vehicle wont move.Same was informed to TVS service center and it was told that they had to change the FWD left hand side drive shaft. Same was changed under warranty.later after engaging the 4WD the problem again started.At present the vehicle is at the service center where the people them selves don't know what has to be done.

Please let me know what options is left with me, Please help - Nobody is giving me present status of my jeeps problem; the behavior of the staff is pathetic. Expecting an early and swift action and advice in order to get my vehicle back as soon as possible with the problems rectified.
