Nokia India - not satisfied with the service

i had touch pad problem in my nokia handset model 701 and also network catching problem. I had submitted the same for repair and as advised by mr. Abhijit chatterjee got the touch pad replaced for rs. 3850.00. Even after repair my handset's network catching problem persists and also a new problem of hanging of set erupted. The day i collected the handset, i came to know that my earfone is not working when attached to the set. I complained for the same at that point of time and few minutes later they got it corrected . After leaving the nokia care office and moving towards my home(8:15pm), i suddenly thought of listening songs.i connected my handset to my earfone and then came to know that volume control switch is not working properly. As my office is 55 km away from ballgunj, i could not got the same informed to nokia care executive on weekdays. Hence, i decided to get the problem corrected today and accordingly visited nokia care office around 6:20 pm today. But, mr abhijit chatterjee simply denied to get the set corrected and asked me to correct the volume control on payment of required amt. I denied for the same and requested to do the correction without asking for payment because the problem has erupted during their course f repairing of set, disheartened from their services, i am making this complain
