Religare - Not satisfied with the response

I am trying to contact the above mentioned company for last 3 days regarding the quaries for booking of the room in the one of the hotels provided in the list of resorts which is available on their website. I have purchased a promotional scheme (Holiday vouchar) from Religare. The cost of the same is Rs.7000/- which I have already paid to the company via IVR.
The phone is ringing but but after some time i get the that all the lines are busy.
Please please help me out of this situation I am running short of time for planning and booking of my honeymoon trip.
I e-mailed on the company's e-mail address but no reply yet
Please its my kind request, suggest me the proper way. Or I want my money Rs. 7750/- back.
I think this is a fraud company.
