sir,this is to bring in your kind attention that i had e ticket for reservation in train no 12020 shatabdi express for16/05/2015 for my spouse niru kumari pnr no ********09 with status wl 70/wl 27.departure time was 13.45 hrs.till 13.00 hrs on enquiring at 139 status was wl/12 chart not prepared.0n reaching station tavelling 50 km i came to know that the ticket has not been confirmed.visualising the list i found that wl 71 &72 is confirmed .on enquiring i came to know that as the ticket was eticket thats why it was not confirmed.if it is true i want to know that is it was my fault to get eticket & if it is the fact then why waiting waiting eticket is being issued.please make me aware of the rules.thanks with regards.
