Hyundai Motor India Limited - Not satisfied with Hyundai service center

Dear Sir/Madam,

Its been almost 14 days that i had posted the complaint on hyundai website but still no avail.
I got the response from KLG hyundai chandigarh ( dealer against whom the complaint was posted) but they are least bothered in helping me.

Please find below the issue as mentioned in my earlier emails sent to you.
Kindly help me out as in this case.

Dear Hyundai Customer Care Team,

At the time of buying the car, I vouched for the best possible product(Autocop) available to be installed in my car and if this is the after sales service being provided then what will customer do.
I faced the problem during initial weeks of the purchase of car.
The concern had been shown to their engineers manytimes but of no avail, the problem sed to still persists.

After more than 1 year, Engineer said that product is defaulty and replaced it with some old repaired product.
This is totally unethical. How can a brand new product be replaced with some repaired defective unit.
In past one year I have faced a lot of problems arising from product and from KLG service agents and its customer care.
I need resolution of my compaint at the earliest.

I would request you to take some action else i will go to consumer court regarding this.

I am really overwhelmed with the staff support of KLG Hyundai as they have took 1 year to understand the problem of AUTOCOP. It shows the training given to your staff to handle such cases.

You have mentioned that the problem had been taken on priority, if by priority u mean 1 year to rectify the issue then God bless your company.

This same conern had been highlighted to your service staff in past one year manytimes but none of you took it seriously. This shows high negligence on your part.
If any mishappening had took place then who would be the responsible for it.

Further, Let me tell you the excerpts from warranty card of Autocop, it says that if the product found to be defective, it will be repair or the part of it will be replaced. ( Not the entire unit or system)

In my case, the entire unit has been replaced with some old unit, for which my permission has not been taken. The product for which i have paid you the price is no longer installed in my car.
For instance :-
If you purchase a mobile phone from dealer and if any defect comes in warranty period then the phone is either repaired or new phone is provided to customer not unlike your case where the whole product has been replaced with some defective old unit.

I am highly disappointed by your KLG customer care.
