Godrej India - Not Satisfied with Godrej Product-Refridgerator

We have purchased the double door fridge on 18-11-11.from the arvee sales J-15,central market lajpat nagar II,new delhi 24. we complained about the problem,Technician came & check it and told that there was no gas in the fridge.we shocked by hearing this that newly branded fridge has no gas.Anyway they filled the gas next day.Few days later it stop cooling,we again complain about it,engineer came and changed its thermostate.After that there was complain of gas leakage,but they solve the problem.
Now we are facing the problem of ice not freezing properly. Many engineer & technician from the godrej service centre came and look at the matter but problem persist till date.Last complaint was registered on 21-4-12, complaint no.383652.On this complaint company's senior technician Mr.gagan came and look the matter but he also unable to solve the problem.instead he write in the work sheet that fridge is working o.k.when we asked him that we are agree with you that fridge is working o.k,then why ice is not freezing?He said that i can't say or write about this problem,i can only discus this problem with the officials.Next day he said on the phone that its not our problem why ice not freezing and we cant do any thing.
