Hi,
I have purchased a 5kutons shirt & got a delivery on 31st dec But due to difect in 2 shirts i returned the shirts for replacement on address Suksh Technology Private Limited Salarpuria Hallmark, 15/3@16, 4th floor, Kadube Banglore on 2nd jan. & same is received to 100best buy on 4th jan. Also several emails were send on service@100bestbuy.com & info@100bestbuy.com. when talked with customer executive 2 to 3 times they response the disptched will be done today or tommorrow every time.
Complainant's Goal: To receive the replacement shirt as soon as possible
