We booked celinder on 8 nov13 bOoking no 2000049762 stll not recevied .
Again complaint at customer care on 23.11.13 my complaint no 1121382 .
And personally visit 2 time o p agenges at nirman vihar office Delhi 92 .
Tell us every time for today delivery but no delivered .
We take celinder after weight ,2-3 complaint already lodge for less weight.
celinder recevied in 15-20 days minimum every time.
Pls give solution to me
On shifting from Karaikudi to Aranthangi,I enrolled myself as a consumer under REG NO:41806 .Right from beginning, their supply is erratic as they often deliver refill after ten days from the date of booking. Now-a-days it has increased from 18 to 22 days from the date of booking .
In fact last months,I got my refill 18 days after booking and this time the cylinder has not been supplied even after 23 days.The date of booking is 11.2.2014 token no.: T 318539.I do not know whether the corporation is delaying supply or the Dealer is diverting stocks according to their whims and fancies to those on whom they have vested interest without observing priority list.It seems the area is unwieldy and they are unable to provide complaint-free service to their customers .
I therefore request you kindly to check up the position and ensure timely supply of LPG refills at least in future,as Government are proclaiming of supply within 2 or 3 days from the date of indent and also one cylinder per month .
I have booked my refill on 2nd of Feb. I have received a msg from IOCL with memo number 3000104745. That my refill has been delivered. But I am steel waiting for it. I have complaint in agency, but Its just a waist of time. Deliwery man said, he will deliwer after Tuesday only, because he don't have time.
What I can do in it, except waiting.
But other person said if I am ready yo pay Rs.1500/- I will get a refill just now.
