I used to receive the credit card statement. For the month of Aug 2012, I did not receive, complained, received the message-PPR on 4th sep-did not receive the st, paid Rs 10000 on 07 sept. Came to know another Rs 524 has to be paid. Scheduled the pt for Rs 525, which failed due to internet problem-IB09698843, then it was paid-ib09822999. Even though the pt is done fully, in the next statement, int charged. Talked to the customer care, was promised reversal of Rs 1804.02, after 2 days. tomorrow is the due date and till now the reversal has not been done. I am paying the bill in full, but request you to reverse the amt of Rs1804.02 immediately. You should not levy us for no fault of us. Send the statement in time, as from past 4 months, we are receiving it late.
