Hi Team,

My Name is Ankush Sharma and the registration no of my scooter is DL6S AP 4492. I have bought it on 14th March 2014 from JB Honda Shastri Nagar Delhi. I have not received the Registration certificate till now. Its been 4.5 months that I am not able to drive my scooter just because of the RC. I have not bought the scooty to keep it at my home. Every time I visit the showroom they give one or the other lame excuse i:g you will get the RC after 2 days etc, however I have not got any positive response from them. EVEN THEY HAVE DEMANDED MONEY (BRIBE) FROM ME TO GIVE THE RC. I have refused it may be that is why they are not releasing the RC. I am feeling that I have made a mistake choosing JB Honda or I would say I have made a blunder choosing HONDA. these kind of dealers are spoiling the report of Honda. Nothing would go right by giving ads & commercial on TV stating that we are Honda family and we are creating happy customers. wherein the bitter truth is that you do not care about the customers specially after sales. You guys have forced me to go the consumer court for the same. even I need to call the media for this since you guys are harassing the customer.

Hoping for best otherwise court will decide the rest.
