ShopClues - Not received product and not getting refunding money

i have purchased sony headphone and rubic cube from www.shopclues.com on 14 dec 2014, i have paid through debit card. but still not received any product so far.whenever i called to customer care they said product is not delivered by merchant,we will inform merchant and we will deliver with in 24 -48 hour.
