I have ordered a car tyre on 3.11.15 vide order no TOW14493Nov
297245. Till date, tyre has not been delivered.Subsequently they took bank details on 26.3.16 saying they would credit the amount. In-spite of regular follow ups amount has not been credited to my account

Complainant's Goal: To get back the money and to create awareness on poor service of this company.
