INOX MOVIES - Not providing appropriate class tickets after making us wait

Here in Tamil Nadu,There is a provision of giving the first row tickets as premiere class. Your facility at Chandra Metro Mall has not been providing this facility even though its mandatory by the govt. to do do.
we waited for the movie tickets of hawa hawaai as your representatives said that the tickets will open at show time so pls wait.
but then one of the lady there namely "tamil Selvi" refused to give tickets and asked other executives also not to provide the priemere class tickets.
isnt it a violation of govt. act??
Complainant's Goal: I want the facility to work under rules and provide this service

They should have provided the tickets. In fact, they dismantle a few first row seats. The same thing happened to me too. In fact, they said they will give for 120 rupees along with some popcorn, instead of the 10 rupees they should have charged.
