I HAVE TAKEN AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION CLOSE TO 6 MONTHS NOW, ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE AND MONEY MINDED, PLEASE DONT TAKE THIS CONNECTION I RECOMMEND, I LOST MY SIGNAL FOR PAST 4 TO 5 DAYS NOW, AND I RAISED A COMPLAINT MORE THAN 20 30 TIME I CALLED BUT NO ONE CAME CAME TO SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I RAISED COMPLAINT.
AIRTEL IS ONLY NAME SAKE BIG COMPANY, BUT VERY BAD SERVICE, THEY DONT VALUE THE CUSTOMER FEELINGS. even though i'm in warranty period they are asking for money.
I'M ONLY THINKING IF YOU COULD HELP ME IN THIS REGARD OR ITS A NAME SAKE COMPLAINT FORUM. IF POSSIBLE PLEASE MAIL ME OR CALL ME.
