snapdeal.com - not getting refund

5786515.. this is my complaint no. .. i bought a product on the date of 28th march... i was not satisfied by the quality of the product so i booked a pick up order but courier company was not come to pick up my product so.. i had to send the product via courier ... they got the product but still i have not got any refund of my product i only got the courier charges don't knw what they are doing... i lodged a complaint on 2nd april as per company policy they din't resolve the complaint in 30 days so i need someone take a strong action against snapdeal.. my product price is 717 ... but i lost around 100 rupees by calling on customer care... so plzz help me ASAP....
