I booked my house hold items from BANGALORE to AGRA
through ALFA LOGISTIC & PACKERS ( REG ) 253 KRC ROAD 3rd CROSS Rajiv Gandhi Nagar Bommanahalli Bangalore
Ph ********55 Mr Vijendra ********55 Mr Raju
through CN.No. 1258 /18 Items costing 1,11,500/- .
a payment of Rs 12000/- was made vide BILL No 1137 dtd 1 May 2013 and Cash receipt No. 1628 dtd 1st May 2013 .

On 11th May we received a call from 0********002 saying that your 18 Items are lying with us and we can not send them as ALFA LOGISTIC & PACKERS have to pay us Rs 42,000/- .

Since then we are inquiring about our items but not getting the proper reply .daily they say yes we wills send in a day or two already 22 days have passed

kindly guide what action to be taken
