I purcased galaxy note ,GT-n7000 from Vijay Sales ,ghatkopar west,on 29/05/2012.At that time there was an offer of syneister head phone.Vijaj Sales told me to register the product.&I did register the product on samsung.com product registeration &I received B P no.********18 on my email waykarsunil@gmail.com

now on 27/06/2012 when I enquire about it on 1********1 samsung officials r saying that I m supposed to enroll on promo& now I m not entitled for that offer.
The offer was up to 31/05/2012 & I had purchased my mobile on 29/05/2012
