dear sir,
I have opened a new saving account with your Lajpat Nagar,Kanpur branch , the said branch is new one and opened in May,2012 , till date I am unable to avail rtgs facility , complaint with the Manager , he said that he had requested with his head office for allowing this facility but not allowed . please register our compalin as our work suffer in absence of this facility . please allow to branch this rtgs facility at your earliest .
