i have recently upgraded my phone to micromax canvas 4. had internet activated with rc 135. All apps and softwares are workin good except for the problem i have while registering my number on whatsapp. i am able to download whatsapp and install it. But while registering my number the service provider doesn't verify my number. it keeps connecting and and connecting. But the number doesn't get verified. As long as the number doesn't get verified i won't be able how to use whatsapp.

I have approached customer support tata docomo but they refuse to accept it's their fault. they said they would verify but the problem still persists. it's been a day since i informed them. I still find the same problem. How do i get the problem resolved ??
