Sir,

I have surrendered all 3 policies with all needed papers on 25 nov 10 at Birla Sun Life Insurance office, Orai Brance,UP, Pin 285001 to Mr Amit Agnihotri, Executive- Branch Operation, Employee code 12558, Mobile ********00. I Have receipt for the same.

I talked many times to Mr Amit Agnihotri over Mobile that 4 weeks has already passed but iI've not received amount. Always received answer that my application is under process & avoiding to give direct answer @ when amount of my surrendered policy Will come into my Bank Account. As i went to Birla Sun Life Insurance office, Orai Brance,UP on 23rd Dec 10. Then I came to know, my application was dispatched from Orai office on 16 Th Dec 10 by courier DTDC No. Z 27197314 after 23 days.

Thereafter I lodged complaint by Toll free no. 1********00 on 23rd DEC 10, complaint no. is 020021518 but surprised to know that in their system nowhere it is reflecting about my surrendered policy.

I feel cheated after association with this company for 7 years. They are just talking endlessly without output, simply they are nonperformer, careless towards customer need. They told me, lodge separate complaints for each policy. I did the same . Details as follow:
