Sub: Customer Complaint
Dear Sir,
As per the above mentioned subject, I regretfully inform you that I have been a victim of a life risking experience in one of Dominos outlet (Advant building), situated on Noida- G.Noida Expressway in the state of UP on 2nd Aug, 2013. The experience I underwent was very terrifying and never experienced by me before this date.
Following are some grievances that I have from the company:
1) I am a pure vegetarian but was served a Non Veg Pizza in Veg Packing Box.
2) The Dominos' staff threatened me not to take any legal actions in this matter.,I am having all the telephone conversation recorded in which they accepted a mistake and tend to bribe in terms of order payment reimbursement
3) When I spoke to Mr. Hilal (Store Head) & Sachin (Area Sales Manager), they told ne that Zonal Manger (Mr. Shekkar) will call me within 1 Hour. But I never received a call from his side.So, I called Mr. Shekhar after waiting for 2 Hours.First he accepted his mistake and promised me to reverify with his store members and revert me.Nex day, he called me up and simply refused that any mistake has been committed at their end.As I am having all proofs of their mistake, So I requested him to visit my place to cross check. He confirmed his visit, but never actually came. Then I again called Him, and he was adamant that there was no mistake and he did not feel the need of reverification.
4) His attitude iin the beginning of the conversation was polite but after noticing that I was not going to let such an irresponsible behavior from a multi-continent company go away so easily, his behavior turned out to be extremely rude.
5) I requested Mr. Shekhar to furnish me a report for the standards that his company follows before giving Food to customers but he outrightly denied me for giving the same.
6) It’s been more than 10 Days that I talked with Mr. Shekhar for this matter and till date there has been no response from him or any one else from the company.
From the above mentioned experience of mine, I assume that this company doesn’t take customer complaints seriously. Moreover the officers of the company do not even try communicating anything properly to the aggrieved customer and take such serious matters very frivolously.
I hereby request your good-self to take this matter seriously as life of a customer is at stake and such things cannot be taken frivolously. These kind of mistakes hurt the religious sentiments of Hindu vegetarians like me.
Hence I request your good-self to take up this matter with the coomapny and ensure justice for me and penalty for the erratic behaviour of the company.
