1. That Sir, I purchased a Nokia Asha 305 (Silver White) bearing IMEI- 355213056309826 through online shopping from Snapdeal.com of invoice date 10-Jun-2013 and the same was delivered on 16-Jun-2013.
2. That Sir, after 2 days of receipt, the problem arises in the form of low battery back up, error shows on display, can't make call and no network coverage in the areas where there exists strong network on my other mobile. I, then contact customer care of Snapdeal.com and informed regarding the problem and they suggested me to contact Nokia authorized service centre (Namami Enterprise (Nokia Care), Agartala).
3. That Sir, I also contacted several times the customer care of Nokia through e-mail/ phone, but there were no fruitfull result.
4. That Sir, on 24-Jun-2013 I went to Namami Enterprise (Nokia Care), Agartala (Tripura) and they have kept the set and delivered on 27-Jun-2013 but the problem could not be resolved.
5. That Sir, then again I went to Nokia Care on 13-July 2013 and they kept the set and told me that it has to be sent to company for repair. On 06-Aug-2013, I have received a call from Nokia Care to collect my set. As I have gone to Nokia Care (Agartala), and found the set in the same condition, I could not make call from SIM-2 and accordingly I asked them to repair/ replace the same.
6. That Sir, they told me that it has been repaired by Company as such there might be no problem and they will check it up and further told me that they will send again it to company.
7. That Sir, it is a personal harassment for me to go the Nokia Care every time leaving the office being a Gazetted Officer of the Government of Tripura.
8. That Sir, I fervently request this Consumer Forum to resolve the problem with the Company / Namami Enterprise so that I may get either replacement or compensation of the set in the form actual value and the inconvenience caused by them @ `.10,000.00 (Rupees Ten thousand) only.
