Acer India - Non responsive after-sales support of Acer

I have already logged a complaint for defective Acer Aspire 5750 laptop with serial number: LXR********211CDC61601(which I had purchased on 2nd Nov. 2011. It is under warranty) and complaint number being 080412-871 on 27 July 2012. The engineer visited on 3rd of Aug 2012 and informed for the hard disk failure. However, inspite of several calls to the Andheri (E) Service center, Mumbai, they are still responding that they are waiting for the parts to arrive and postponding the commited date of service everyday. I hereby request to accelerate the process, as my work is at halt due to poor services of acer.

for me also same. they picked up my lappy on 28th Jan to change Hard disk bcozz of slow performance, every day am calling to them, they r telling part is not available sir.
very very very very bad service.
i won't support acer products
