I have already logged a complaint for defective Acer AS5755 laptop with serial number: LXRPV0C01612509E151601 and complaint number being 081312-690 for defaultive hard-disk drive on 12 Aug 2012. The engineer has visited on 14th of Aug 2012 and confirmed for the same. However, inspite of several calls to the Laxmi Nagar Service centre, East Delhi, they are still responding that they are waiting for the parts to arrive and postponding the commited date of service everyday. The product is even covered to an extra 'total cover' warranty valid upto 10 Nov 2012. I hereby request to accelerate the process, as my work is at halt due to your poor services.

As guided by Mr. Vikas Lohic of City Tec Solutions, I have opted for acer care for additional warranty and accidental damages vide Certificate No. UNGNVSI001I0903131 Vide Inv. no. SA2018/03/********2 dated 31.03.18 to cover any accidenta damage to my laptop.
No acer india not clearly clarifying about the physical damage i.e. body of laptop.
I once again request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest
