Tricity Autos Ltd. - Non-refund of Booking amount by Tricicty Autos Dealer of Maruti Suzuki

I have booked Maruti Alto VXI K10 on 17/09/14 at Tricity Autos situated in Zirakpur, punjab a dealer of Maruti Suzuki on the name of Sh. Urbi Dutt Joshi. After getting a good deal from another dealer i gave a written request for cancellation of booking on 29/09/14 and as intimated by Sh. Sukhchain the representative of Tricity Autos the refund will be given in next 7 days. But when i called him on 05/10/14, he again requested t o wait for 2-3 days. The i called him on 06/10/14 to request him to mail me a copy of my written application given to them but he intimated that he is out of station. On dated 07/10/14 i personally visited the showrrom and asked them to handover a copy of application to me but as intimated by them the file is in locker and is locked now and given promise that next day they will mail me the copy of it. But today(08/10/14) when i didn't received the mail i called Mr. Sukhchain who intimated that the application has been misplaced by him and asked me to give a fresh application. The false promise made by them and the ill-intentions of the representatives or the dealer not to cancel my booking or refund my amount of booking can be easily iterated from the above.

Complainant's Goal: To get the refund at the earliest by cancelling the booking.
