Dear Sir
I had booked an order vide order no 1017226200 on dated:05.04.2012.This order is for laptop and anaira diamond. I made payment of Rs.28499.00 by my netbanking idbi account.But I cancelled my order in processing stage because the information provided by sales executive is wrong. they told me if you want to cancel this order then you can cancel it so i told him pls cancel my order and refund my money.they told me it take 21 days ...now more than 21 days passed but i am stll waiting for refund.in this regard i make many mail to bag it today but they always reply same thing "we have forwarded your refund process to concern department "
