I had been submitted the IT return for the assessment year 2009-10 on dated 16-12-09 vide acknowledgement no. 01******** . The refund was 10858 rs. but I received only 7281 rs. and the rest amount 3577 rs. is not being received till today ,then again i had submitted an application to ITO Itarsi2 on 12-01-2011 under section 154 but still the result is unfound. Secondly,I had been submitted my IT return of assessment year 2010-11 by acknowledgement no. 01******** on dated 05-04-2011 for the refund of 15847 rs. but till today i have not received my refund .
I am a commission agent of L.I.C. of India and post office Hoshangabad . Now the problem is that post office hoshangabad is deducting the TDS from our commission but they are not submitting my name in there return.therefore my account is not matching as per deduction shown in my return . Post office Hbad. also not issuing 16 no. form to agents .
